Alison Doody
Alison Doody (born 11 November 1966) is an Irish model and actress. Doody made her acting debut in a Bond film called A View to a Kill in the year 1985. She starred in 1989 as an archaeologist with Nazi sympathies Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Siobhan Donevan in A Prayer for the Dying (1997), Charlotte Taffin (1988), and Rebecca Flannery Major League II (1994) were other characters. Doody was a model after she was approached. It turned out to be a lucrative career. Doody strove to avoid the glamour of nude roles that was a rule she applied in her acting. She accepted a small part as Jenny Flex for 1985's A View to a Kill after she was noticed by the director of casting. Doody was as a character in John Willis Screen World Volume 2 as one of 12 promising new actors for 1986. 38.
